To help us plan and make sure every child receives a gift, please sign-up your family by November 28. We’ll need:
- Parent or guardian name
- Children’s names
- Children’s gift preferences:
- Puzzle/Game (e.g., puzzle or board/card game)
- Stuffy (e.g., stuffed toy of animals or characters)
- Car/Truck (e.g., Hot Wheels, Tonka)
